MSI (old) v.s. Click-One (new) Technology.

If you really eager to know why MS Office 2016 error ?
Then proceed this section (4.4), otherwise skip this section and go to (5)
This is due to old/new technological conflict. Where your present MS Office 2016 installer is using "MSI" technology and the latest installer is using "Click-Run" technology.
